The IT admin at my wife’s office uses Republic and really speaks highly of it. I trust his opinion, but they don’t offer the iPhone so that’s a deal breaker for me.

Apple has enough money, they don’t need anymore from me, so that’s not a deal breaker. Thanks for letting me know.

I have RW and have no complaints. I’d recommend it if you have decent Sprint coverage in your area.

Sounds good. i know they do that you don’t pay for what you don’t use thing....how much would you average? I mostly just use wifi connectins, so I’m not anticipating a huge bill.

I use less than .5 gb a month since I’m on WiFi 95% of the time, but I have the $25 plan which is about $30 with tax.

Is that $30 before or after they refund you? (sorry to give you the third degree, I’m just trying to decide if it worth the trouble of me switching carriers.

I’m on the unlimited plan at the moment so they don’t refund me. I think there’s a calculator on their website that figures the refund. I think it said it would be $18 a month if I switched plans, but then I’d have to watch my data usage on car trips with my daughter watching movies. I wasn’t all that concerned over the $10.

I’m not too concerned over it, but about the only time I use my data I’m connected to wifi anyway, so i thought it might mean an opportunity to save. A penny saved is a penny earned etc....
